UBBCode™ FORMATTING (v2.4.2) This is sort of exciting. I have now added support for most of the UBBCode™ language for use in the multi-line portions of tasting notes or events. For now there is no user-interface, so this is purely for geeks. Here are some instructions on how to format using UBBCode. It is now possible to include images, bulleted lists, bold, italic, and indented text. The currently supported constructs include: bold, italic, images, code, (block)quote, bulleted lists, and hyperlinks via the URL directive, supporting both simple links and links with display text (inclusing nested images). It seems to work great! FIT AND FINISH (v2.4.2) A few quirks ironed out: (1) Private notes now no longer have the erroneous checkboxes for publishing. (2) The view showing notes from others on your wines was suppressing tasting notes that had been published. (3) I now do proper whitespace cleaning when adding/editing events. TASTING EVENTS (v2.4.1) - If you have multiple events on the same day and notes are already assigned to one event, then don't show those notes as eligible for assignment.
- I fixed a small visual glitch in the paging behavior footer row.
- I added submit buttons at the top of the main event screen in addition to the bottom.
- When creating a new event I now take you directly to the note-assignment screen.
- I fixed transaction logging for adding and editing events.
- When publishing a tasting note outside of an event, if the note is associated with the event it now has a hyperlink to the full event page.
- From the main wine editing screen, changes to the various edit controls would be lost if you clicked on any of the embedded action buttons throughout the page. Big whoops, fixed now!
- I added "Events" as a choice to the quick search control (searches the event name and location) and exposed "Tasting Events" in the advanced query page.
- I added a clickable column header to sort by event Location in addition to event Title.
Cheers!
