PIVOT REPORTS
I added a user interface and underlying support for flexible sorting of all the grouped reports. (This was a somewhat overdue and heavily requested feature.)

Please note that I still need to add support for smart sorting of a few fields (as in other views on the site): wine/producer name, bins and bottle sizes.
