The tannins have mellowed but still structurally supports gracefully with appropriate acid. The bouquet is one of berries, flowers and soft vanilla leather. One of the best new worlds I’ve tried. |

The Aussie Shirazs are among my favorite wines and this one didn’t disappoint. The younger ones are big and bold - this one had mellowed a bit, very smooth and I didn’t decant it. It was ready to drink right away. I am glad I have another bottle. |

There is immense structure big and bold but in perfect harmony despite the 15abv there is zero excessive heat . So seductive and juicy with dense black fruits the aromas are a total knockout. There is plenty acidity which will aid this wines development for years to come . A brilliant wine. |
