Subtle doughy and nutty elements in the finish. I may be underrating this a bit. On the palate the brioche, toast, citrus and mineral combine into a wonderful mosaic of flavours. The finish is long with a beautiful chalkiness backstopping the brioche, mineral and citrus. Terrific! |
