Medium light red. Lots of fresh floral red cherry fruit. The nose is very open and beautiful. The flavours are delicious with lots of fresh cherry and berry fruit and the finish is slightly minty and balanced.

Decanted an hour or more. Great fruit forward Chianti Classico. I have 4 more. It will be tough to resist. It seemed to have a lot of Radda character. Not what I expected from this producer.

I love this. Great QPR. The only downside is the bottle. It ways just over 32 oz empty.

A bit dark for Burgundy. The nose is a bit tight. Black cherry and spice. Very nice bright cherry, spice and herb flavours an a dry elegant finish.

Quite dark. Intense nose of black fruit, espresso, smoked meat and pepper. Dry rich earthy Syrah flavours and a long dry rich tannic finish.

I loved this in a way that I love the occasional bottle of Cayuse I have had.

Fairly dark red. The nose is a bit oxidized, black cherry, forest floor, menthol and plum. Dry earthy cherry and herb finish and a resolved finish.

For me this lacks energy.

The nose was still not giving much after 3 hours. The palate though was creamy black cherry, dried mushrooms, spices and rock. The finish was not too tannic.

Still developing but the nose needs to put on a bit of weight.

Light purple red. Mid weight red flowers, black cherry, warm earth and berry nose. Dry dark fruit and spice flavours and an elegant balanced finish.

Clear medium red. At first the nose was a little disjointed but a half hour in the decanter fixed that. Pure Sangiovese fruit, red cherry, berry and tobacco. Dry pure cherry fruit flavours, not at all hot. The finish is long and delicious.

Lots of room for improvement one of the finest Chianti Classicos.

Beautiful gold tinged pink with vigorous mousse. Very nice nose, yeast, spice bread dough, mineral and mandarin orange. Delicious balanced yeasty cherry and mineral flavours and a gorgeous dry citrus tinged finish.

Best bottle of three I tasted since November 2023.

Medium red. The nose is very secondary, forest floor, leather, black cherry and thyme. Delicious creamy feeling cherry, berry and spice flavours and the most approachable finish in any Flaccianello I have had. The flavours are long and the tannins perceptible in the back of the mouth.
