The palate has medium sweetness, acidity and is full bodied with a long finish. This is drinking well but will be interesting to see where this goes in a few years.

8/21/2014 - nwebstar Likes this wine: 96 pointsI am a Riesling lover and this wine truly sang to me in a night surrounded by supposedly the best Australian white and red wines. A perfect blend of age and youth, of firm acidity and subtle honey, of angularity and roundedness. A truly heavenly wine.
