Aromas of red berry preserves and vanilla with a hint of wet earth. Sweet and spicy on the palate with dark red and black berry flavors and hints of vanilla and nutmeg. Good acidity keeps it from being cloying. Tannins are soft but noticeable. Drink now or hold.

Aroma: elusive and beguiling with suggestions of lime zest, herbs, minerals and watermelon.
Palate: rich and almost creamy with a lovely interplay of melon, mineral, herb and even nutty flavors. Moderate acidity but lithe on the palate. Very good.
