The name on the label Vintage, A vintage wine is one made from grapes that were all, or primarily, grown and harvested in a single specified year. I can not fine any date on the bottle that make any sense.

Enofusión 2016; 1/25/2016-1/27/2016 (IFEMA - Madrid): I know it is a made ​​from white grapes , chardonnay and a hint of muscat , but for a house cava was supposed to have to refer to an exclusive development with Chardo. I mean Blanc de Blancs.
Sometimes it is better to devote to his own, the cobbler should stick to his last..
It's nose is ... nothing. Completely off. The palate is so sweet. To avoid.

Ya se que es un blanco elaborado con uvas blancas, chardonnay y un toque de muscat, pero para un casa de cava se suponía que tendría que referirse a una elaboración exclusiva con chardo.
A veces es mejor dedicarse a lo suyo, zapatero a tus zapatos.
Es nariz es...nada. Totalmente apagado. En boca es hasta dulzón. Para evitar.

Enofusión 2017; 1/23/2017-1/25/2017 (IFEMA - Madrid): Salmon colour.
Not such a bad nose but with a not very well defined aromas. In the mouth is where I can not bear it: acidity without depth, texture of a bigger wine that certainly does not help. Typical Marlon Brando's wine.

De un color asalmonado.
No tal mal en nariz aunque con unos aromas poco definidos. En boca es donde no puedo aguantarlo: acidez sin profundidad, textura de un vino mayor que desde luego no ayuda. Típico vino Marlon Brando.

Tasted this at the Spanish Wine Masterclass at Cellarbration's Cellar Fiesta 2022.

Lovely cherry in colour and made using the traditional champagne method. A nice whiff of a bouquet on the nose. Made with 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, the balance is lacking in this wine with the acidity overpowering the body and structure.

On the palate there are nice premium fruits: think strawberries, and cherries with a touch of green apples.

Lovely finish.

Practice Tasting for WSET Diploma Unit 5 exam (Clerkenwell): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Deep pink colour. Quite bright pink colour
Nose: The nose is Clean and Youthful, showing Medium(+) intensity primary aromas of strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, red cherry.
Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium(+) level of acidity. It has a Medium Level of alcohol (12.00%). It has Medium body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, red cherry. The finish is Medium. It has a creamy mousse. No autolytic character evident. Quite jammy and confected fruit character
Overall: Lacks length, complexity and intensity. Simple fruit flavours. Tasted a bit like alcoholic cranberry juice.
Conclusion: It is a Acceptable quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing This will keep for limited period of time but will not improve with further ageing. Will start to lose the fruit.; Medium priced (£7.12)

Cava pálido en la copa. Frambuesa y pétalos de rosa en nariz. Inofensivamente muy sutil. Al paladar es mejor eliminar su burbuja para poder disfrutar de su gastronómica acidez y su ligeramente amargo final.

A very nice cava! The nose is on the cherry pastry, with just a touch of spiciness (!). The palate initially goes to the cherry but it transitions to bakery notes and floral components. The finish is all fruits though and is relatively long. Very nice.

Very pleasant sparkler, blush color, rose petals and strawberry on the nose. Nice fruit, not overly so in my opinion, fairly light and easy drinking. Great with appetizers.

Well-described by the many notes below, but excellent color, good and complex nose, fine enough bubbles, and red berries and pinot smokiness combine for a dry, savory cava that has a pretty persistent finish. It's not Roederer Estate Brut Rosé, but then it's half or more off the price of that excellent sparkling wine.

A lot of fruit on the nose, summer berries, red apple. Fresh and fruity, lemons, strawberries, pleasant and round, good length. An easy-drinking, not very complex, good value sparkling wine, great for summer barbecues.

Straightforward strawberry and watermelon aromas and flavors. Noticeable residual sugar, but not too sweet. Mild acidity and a short but tasty finish. Very pleasant in an easy-drinking style sure to make friends.
