Big purple wine, muscular, strong structure, supple dark fruits, green tobacco, toasted cedar - feels like I’m in the barrel room in a cave, violets, graphite, leather and garnish of various herbs. Nice acidity, chewy tannins on long finish! |

Ripe syrupy blueberries, fluffy Pancakes, toasted caramel and vanilla wafers. Plush dark fruits on the palate adding some scorched cedar and warmed plums. The fruit is big and rich as Bevan wines are but it’s definitely calmed down a bit. There are lots of fresh herb influences, flowers, dried blueberries, berry liqueur, hints of vanilla, pepper with silky texture, ripe tannins on long finish. Cheers 🍷 |

Small production from a small vineyard. If you are a Zin lover you need to try any of their wines. Classic in its ruby color hints of white pepper spice while flavors of cassis and cherry and then the taste of lite chocolate comes through at the end. |

Incredible notes of truffle mushrooms, wild flowers, cedar wood and plowed soil. Followed by meatiness of Syrah, slightly burnt toast, chocolate chip waffle, and berry pancakes. Acidity is plentiful for a nice lift, tannins are pretty supple and finish is so juicy and long lasting. Phenomenal! |
