Changes a little bit, year to year, based on how much pollen from nearby eucalyptus tress falls on grapes and remains there through picking and processing. Gives the wine a unique character. Full bodied, jammy, smooth with no cloying aftertaste. We are NOT fans of higher tannin wines (cabernet, merlot, etc.), we are "into" pinot noir, zin, syrah, mouvedre, and other lower-tannin reds. |
