It started coming together after half hour. Beautifully aromas of dried plum, underripe blackberry, leather, wet asphalt (after the rain), pencil shavings and jalapeno. Same enormous complexity on the palate with a high acid, gripping still active but not aggressive tannins and a long pleasant sourish length. This was a really amazing experience. Is it gonna get better? Who am I to say? IF you have a bottle drink up now because it's pretty damn good as it is!!!! |
