Utterly sublime nose, of a purity I had not previously imagined possible. Very much an old solera/cellar nose, profound is an understatement. The palate is super fine and remains my definition of "focus," this wine has a perfect, diamond-like structure. Almond and saline in profile, but the flavor profile isn't really the point, I think. |
