It is showing very well now but might be worth leaving in the bottle another 6 months to further develop what is already a fairly complex wine. |

Decanting only intensifies it. It may have been harvested a bit too early in the season which may have contributed to the strength of the herbaceousness. But I paired this with a rich bacon wrapped chicken dish and it was wonderful. I will buy this again. |
