Interesting... a little dissonance between now and last time I had this... lower acidity perceived this time. |

10/10/2019 - Ewhite30 Likes this wine: NRLots of sweet, dark fruit - blackberries, dark cherry and plum. There's a chocolate note that runs through the core of the wine, still with some earth and tobacco at the finish. Less acidity than our last bottle. This is in a good spot. |

4/15/2018 - Ewhite30 Likes this wine: NRThis is leading with a little more dirt and tobacco, and a little less fruit, but still has enough punchy acidity to make pull it all together. Holds up on night three. Interested to see where this goes. |

11/28/2020 - theebigjuan Likes this wine: 92 pointsRestrained cherry and white pepper on the nose and palate. Pleasantly full and balanced in the mouth. Round long finish with great mixed notes throughout. Very pleasurable to drink on its own. Had with stuffed grape leaves and played well off the tartness in the dish. |

5/8/2015 - the_lovenest Likes this wine: 92 pointsTook about 45 minutes to really open up, but once it did what a beautifully delicate wine. Very floral nose, light body, wonderful red fruit and light brambly flowers on the palate, a great wine to sip in the park on a sunny spring afternoon! |

10/8/2017 - shorty01 Likes this wine: 92 pointsMy plan was to wait another year to open this, but a momentary lapse of reason got the best of me. No matter, it hit all the right notes in beautiful harmony. Syncline is one of my favorite bang for the buck producers around. |

7/4/2016 - shorty01 Likes this wine: 91 pointsNo doubt, this wine will benefit from another year or two of bottle age. However, it currently delivers an unctuous dose of brambly berry cobbler that is delicious now. Darker and richer than I remember from tasting at the winery. Either way, it is a pleasure to drink. |

6/17/2015 - wagonwine wrote: NR3.5 Rarely found as a single varietal wine, this Cinsault has a captivating nose of sweet prunes and luscious red fruits. A silky, smooth entrance leads to distinctive savory, spicy notes alongside the ripe fruit characteristics. Well balanced. 200 cases. Delightful. |

8/6/2015 - Ewhite30 Likes this wine: 91 pointsStarts bright, red berry notes and fresh cut flowers across the nose. Nicely acidic but still round through the mouth. Nice balance between sweet and tart red fruits - strawberry to pomegranate, and back again - but finishing soft. Some hints of bitter cocoa and earth too. Really pretty evolution over the course of the evening. |
