5/18/2013 - Sniktaw Likes this wine: 90 pointsVery enjoyable on a relaxing Saturday night. Soft rich leather on the palate with deep dark fruits and nicely balanced tannins. We keep thinking of Ricardo Matallbon (sp) saying "fine Corinthian leather". Do you find this review helpful? Yes - No / Comments (1) |

7/31/2013 - Sniktaw Does not like this wine: NRWe seldom pour out a bottle that isn't spoiled. But then again we seldom both taste a Spanish Red and say "It's sweet!" in unison. What a disappointment. |

2009 Bodegas Alejandro Fernández Ribera del Duero Tinto PesqueraTempranillo more |
7/28/2013 - Sniktaw Likes this wine: 90 pointsWe agree with all the positive feedback that precedes us. Great nose and seems atypical of Spanish wines to us in that it has much more upfront fruits and isn't not overly dry. It was wonderful with stuffed Pablano peppers. We also greatly enjoyed slow sipping throughout the evening and found perfect with a bit finishing chocolate. We'll definately buy more and also try the reserve and grand reserve. |

4/26/2013 - Sniktaw Likes this wine: 86 pointsEnjoyed this at a Chicago Chophouse. It was easy drinking and still bold enought to pair well with nice grass fed beef. I think we'll add some to the cellar as a value priced everyday drinker. |

7/25/2013 - Sniktaw Likes this wine: 95 pointsOutstanding Syrah! Best of this variety we've had. Big bold, complex and very interesting. Our first impression was a fascinating smokiness after breathing a wonderful dry fruitiness came forward. Great nose and super long finish. This is a great stand alone wine. |

5/24/2013 - Sniktaw Likes this wine: 96 pointsThe nose says "drink me!" complex, mysterious, comfortable, rich and elegant. On the palate it is amazing with warm mature stone fruits and totaly awesome tannins. Perfect paired with prime Angus and equally as good alone. Can't wait for a dark chocolate Linder Truffle! |

5/17/2013 - Sniktaw Likes this wine: 93 pointsWhat a beautiful wine! Dark rich and deep in mystery both to the eye, on the nose and on the palate. We like it a lot but there is something that makes believe it will develop into a really special wine over the next several years. Stay tuned! |
