2/4/2016 - RDHudak wrote: 91 pointsAlmost too young to rate. This was popped after arrival cross country and initially was acidic, with a (possible) slight effervescence. After two hours in the decanter, the dark fruit and earthy notes started to emerge, but this definitely needs more time, but seems to have potential.

5/9/2013 - RDHudak wrote: 91 pointsBarrel sample. Beautiful dark color. Surprisingly fragrant nose of earth, spice and tons of floral fragrances. Obvious cool climate Syrah profile. Medium plus acidity. Medium finish of the same that was surprisingly well integrated but obviously young. Especially considering this was a barrel sample, this was very very good. 91+
