I'm tasting a nice acidity and not the over powering fruit you often get with a Napa Cab. As I decanted it was a red purple color, very different again from the inky purple of California cabs. The first taste is nice, although I think 30 minutes or so might improve the alcohol taste. Enjoying the finish and about to have some pizza with it after while. |
