11/11/2014 - Will Does not like this wine: NRQuite sweet, way too much to pair with any kind of regular meal in my opinion. We tried to pair it with a chicken tajine (cinnamon, ginger, saffron, prunes and honey) and while it worked on an aromatic level, the wine was just too sweet for the dish. It also lacks acidity to be really compelling. Overall a disappointment for this price. |
