Pale lemon with tears. Clean, youthful nose with a medium(-) intensity. Well-defined aroma of slate, supported by red apple. There are no indications of oak. The wine is dry with medium acidity, light body, and medium alcohol. The flavours have a medium intensity. The red apple is more intense on the palate than on the nose, with the slate notes more in the background. The finish has a medium length and features a sweet lemon note. There is no evidence that oak was used. This wine is of a good quality. The fruit is quite concentrated and has a great balance with the acidity and the alcohol. The wine is quite simple in its youthful state, but has an enjoyable finish that demonstrated a changing flavour profile, moving from red apple to sweet lemon. The finish has a good length. Pale brassy yellow with a slight green tint. Lanolin elder beeswax and a whiff of petrol on the nose. Light weight with a sligt petrol viscosity. White grapefruit pears green apples lanolin and elder on the palate. Ripe with a nice acid balance on the finish. Great to sip on its own and really nice with chicken tikka masala. Great buy.
