Unfortunately , we don't know where these grapes were sourced, but for an "off" vintage , I have enjoyed this bargain Napa cab every time I open one , and more so , now. 24 bucks. Great value! |

Deep gold, rich with great acid and balance, hawthorn, bay laurel, dry apricot and preserved lemon, creme fraiche and most important, that gorgeous salted caramel note. The wood is integrated and provides texture above flavor. Major elegance. This was much better the 2nd night, so I would recommend a decant, not for tightness or reduction, just for the improvement with air. |

I still think it is very nice, surprising oak for the price point. That could also be a lot of lees stirring, masquerading as oak. Nice body, moderate complexity , and moderate finish. Great value. |
