I expect this to be most excellent this coming summer. 5+12+17+9= 93 |

Not much in the way of typical grassy character, nor is there noticeable oak, but just straight-ahead vine and citrus fruits. The palate has weight and texture more like a Chardonnay but flavors more reminiscent of Bdx blanc. I think this is a delicious rendering that could drink well for 4+ years. 5+11+17+9= 92 |

Perhaps a case in favor of travel or bottle shock, or prejudiced expectations, because I enjoyed this one much more. I say it was likely my initial expectation of a more typical green and grassy SB with some enamel-scraping acidity. But, I think this is a Sauv Blanc for Sauv Blanc-haters (tic). It has some heft in the mid section with tropical fruits and apples. Longer finish than I remember. I'd say it leans more Bdx than New World, and I wonder if any Semillon made it in here. Very food-friendly - I could drink this with 80% of what I eat :) |

Medium intensity nose reminds me of this producer's Mondeuse and Pinot Noir and I'll bet they contribute to this blend. Perhaps some Gamay as well. Nice tangy mandarin and strawberry flavors with an outstanding balance of acidity. Perfect for apps and lite bites, I wouldn't want anything more than that. In fact, I'm digging it the most all on its own to grasp the subtleties that it has to offer. L'Idylle strikes again. |

The 2021 Nessa did not do much for me, but I think this 2022 SE is the best of the four. Versatile with many food pairings, but I would avoid hotter spices. Sea bass - oh yeah. |

A big rush of acidity and minerals transport tart yellow fruits across the palate. It has some body and weight to offset the tang and give it a long finish. Love the balance here and it is quite food friendly, right down to potato chips. It did not change much with aeration, but I bet a couple years sideways will make it even more interesting. A really nice crisp white. |

No matter, this lovely little wine is satisfying to sniff, swirl, and taste, but also to admire visually. It is a beautiful pale-ist of pink color, that along with the pretty bottle, almost steals the show. I will watch for the next release on this. 5+10+18+8= 91 |

Medium weight with vibrant acidity and deep enough fruit to create a really nice combination. This was quite enjoyable, like a nice Bordeaux blanc with a little tropical twist. 5+11+17+7= 90 |

Light to medium intensity nose of raspberry and strawberry with interesting ocean spray and herbal notes. Medium-big body and just a bit on the sweet side on the palate, but it is buttressed well by acidity and stones. A very enjoyable quaff on a hot summer day. I'd say drink through 2025. |

What a gorgeous wine, of any style, this is. Perhaps, being the only Pinot in the bunch is why it stands out, but I think this has just an amazeballs flavor profile and it has a captivating mouth feel that results in real bliss for this taster. Doesn't give up much to the nose, but I can overlook that for the reward on the tastebuds. Sweet, but serious. Like Mrs. Fingers. Maybe that's why I like it. |

I do have to think of it more like a full-bodied white because it reminds me so much of a nice Gewurz or Rhone blanc and I think it pairs with food the same way. Too serious to be just a summertime porch pounder. |
