Dark and big-bodied—it would be more accurate to call it black than red—it weighs in at 15% alcohol, so it packs a pretty good punch, not leaving much room for nuance. And the finish is dramatic, leaving your whole mouth tingling and purple. It’s like dancing with a slightly tipsy large person with a very big tongue. |

The other notes of berries was noted. This wine is still tight and needs time in the bottle. But, with food ( balsamic vinegaret with burrata and tomatoes was much improved. So cellar this wine at lead a year or more if drinking solo. |
