The palate is densely packed with a slightly oily and viscous mouth feel. It develops a touch of honey on the palate without being really sweet. I like this and it goes fabulously with an array of plates (roasted cauliflower, Hamachi crudo & a burrata plate). This is organic and natural. I'm told the grapes come from a vineyard next door to Valentini. |

This follows on the very tart and acidic palate. As it gets more air, it starts to round out bringing the very natural flavors to the forefront. Texturally, the wine is delicate and lacey. The flavors linger on the finish. Day two finds this wine at what I would say is well balanced. Beautifully integrated flavors and structure. With more fruit depth and complexity, this would be a stellar wine. |

This was my 6th of 10 purchased. A fantastic bargain at $22. |

Lemon zest, oyster shell and minerals. Beautifully composed, pairing so well with a diverse array of food (tonight was fusilli with clams, Serrano, pecorino, garlic and roasted cherry tomatoes).
