Needs a lot of air. Left open for 24hrs and a 2hrs decant. Very nice and enjoyable. Obvious oak but well balanced, nice depth and long.

Deep dark red, little signs of maturity. Nose burst with blue berries, licorice, chassis, a bit oak but still fresh. Nicely balanced dark fruits, espresso and chocolate. Drying tannins and really nice acidity. The note is from a 2nd day slowly oxed bottle. Plenty of years here.

Another extrimist. This certainly got "wow-factor". It is not challenging, it is not multidimennsional nor refined. But just straight foreward a kick in the nuts big and bold. Still not my favourite, but I'm impressed with the power of this wine. one-dimenional, yes, but it takes you far down that one-dimension.

Decanted and left open and chilled for 3hrs. Opaque dark and purple. A bit restrained but clearly a Malbec with dark berries, anise and herbs in the nose. Smooth dark berries, licorice and medicine box. So well balanced medium bodied and never ending length. This is a unique wine, that lost some of it initial wildness but gained in complexity. The aftertaste is sensational. 50+4+10+18+10 = 92

Deep ruby with showing clear rim. Blackberry and blueberry, plum, sweet tobacco, leather, green leafs and bell pepper. Nice depth, decent balance, yet a bit sticky alcohol. Agree with others, no hard edges. On 3rd day it lost a lot of fruit making the alcohol more sticky.

All you would expect of a carb dominated Brdx. Intense and savoy dark berries, cassis, tobacco, lead pencil, green bell pepper. Good concentration, full bodied, great balance, long.

Pale in the glass. Perfumed nose with all classical Riesling notes. Tropical fruit but so balanced by acidity and a fantastic minerality. This is a very good Riesling and wine. Went excellent with cod tongues

This is neither a 75 nor 96 wine. Nor is it a good Barolo. Lack real Barolo character and the alcohol it too present. But beside that it is ok balanced with red and dark fruits and I find it a decent QPR

Mouth: Well youthfull despite the age. Little red berries, forrest berriers, but very ripe and deep. Excellent and looong length.

Color: Golden, partly from ageing and clear.
Nose: Nice mix of fresh green notes and a bit sweetness. Pear, newly moved lawn, white peach and galia melon.
Mouth: Not quite as masculine as Nigl's Private GV, but somewhat powerfull. Besides the green/sweet notes from the nose you also find hazelnut, some fatness (butter) and peppery notes.
Overall: Very good! And excellent pairing with turbot. Settled now and will probably evolve further, but why wait.

Deep ruby red. Powerful nose, plum, cedar, dark berries, cherries, earthy, dust and cassis. Full bodied with crisp acidity and medium drying tannins. Good balance and flavorful, plum, dark berries, gravel, cherry stone, long finish. Long life ahead, stunning.

Black and unclear. Medicine box, herbs, flint, loads of dark fruits as well as anise is coming out of the glass with massive intensity. In the mouth it is a powerhouse, loads and loads of dark fruits, pepper, anise and surprisingly strong tannins. Delicious.
