11/6/2015 8:06:00 AM - If you attempt to aerate or decant these young Nebbiolo for any period of time they will shut down completely. If you drink them young they need to be pop/pour. Traditional Barolo/Barbaresco don't behave like other varieties - they're a different paradigm.
