Very light golden color. Nose honey, some golden apple. Palate honey, ripe apple with some tartness, minerals.

Agree with others that this is closer to a spatlese level in terms of richness of fruit, but the sweetness here is well-balanced by strong acidity. Perhaps the ripeness of the vintage shows. Still young, I think, and probably needs some more time to fully show itself. 90 pts with upside

Soaring floral nose with some blood orange, white pepper and pomegranate in the background. Mouth-filling, some richness brought into balance with grip and crisp acids underneath all the fresh fruity goodness. Love it.
