Colour showing a little age now. Medium ruby going garnet. Looks a little cloudy also.
Medium nose with leather, cola, dried herbs and cherry. Savoury.
Medium- acid and tannin, medium+ body palate that is similarly savoury like the nose underpinned by some juicy Forrest fruits.
Medium to long finish. I'd say this is a very good wine that's starting to see some secondary characteristics develop.

Nose has cassis, dried herbs, cedar, vanilla and a hint of something medicinal like iodine. Palate is full bodied, medium tannin, high acid with a long oaky finish. Don't think it will be getting much better. Drink up!

Clear deep ruby red colour
Pronounced nose of raspberry coulis, black currant, sweet spice and a hint of cola.
The palate high tannin, high acid and is full bodied with additional dark fruits and a long finish.
Drinking surprisingly smooth but still has less left in the tank. Great wine, quite a balanced expression of the variety I think.

Clear, medium golden colour.
Medium nose of preserved lemon, honey and lemon cake biscuit.
Semi sweet, medium+ body, medium+ acid palate with fairly non descript flavours and a long finish.
Good to very good quality sweet wine. Enough acid to keep things balanced enough.

Clear deep garnet
Medium nose of blackcurrant, a hint of raisins and sweet spice
Medium acidity, medium- tannin, medium+ body with added black cherry and black pepper with a long finish.
Very very good quality wine. Excellent balance between fruit and savoury, power and restraint.

Nose is clean medium+ cassis and black pepper
Palate is medium acid, low tannin, medium- body with pepper dominant over black fruits.
Very good quality, not overly complex but lovely drinking right now. Won't get better imo.

Clear deep garnet colour.
Clean medium nose of blackcurrant, mint, burnt toast, chocolate and vanilla.
Dry, medium+ acid, medium- tannin, full body palate with mint chocolate, tobacco, blackcurrant and a long finish.
Very good quality coonawarra cabernet.

A medium pronounced nose of black fruits, raisins and baking spices.

Palate is medium - acid, medium + body and medium - tannin with blackberry, pepper and sweet spices.

Very good quality. Dark and brooding.

Intense colour - clear, deep garnet.

Quite a pretty nose, pronounced cassis, red fruits and some earthy characteristics like wet gravel.

The palate is much more savoury than the nose - soft medium tannins, medium acid and medium+ body with dried fruits, prunes and plums, dark chocolate. A little smokey as well through to a long finish.

Still a very good quality wine. Probably agree with many of the other notes that the palate is a bit disappointing after the nose.

Somewhat pronounced nose of red apple, citrus, flowers and some nuttiness.

The bead is deliciously fine and soft with some biscuit added to the palate along with the citrus and very long finish.

Outstanding with plenty of gas left in the tank.

Garnet but still bright in colour. The nose is clean and pronounced - mint, black currant leaf, a hint of charred wood and cedar. The palate is full bodied, high acid, medium- tannin with similar notes to the nose plus juicy black currant and a long finish.

Very good to outstanding. Patience has been rewarded!

Clear medium to light ruby colour, with a medium to pronounced nose of strawberries, black cherry even a hint of cinnamon and smoke. The palate has a really fresh high acidity, low tannin, and a light to medium body, with a more savory and herbaceous palate than the nose suggested it might have - cranberry, blackcurrant leaf and a medium finish.

The acid gives this a really fresh structure that I wasn't expecting actually, and while the palate is quite savory it lifts it nicely. Elegant.

Clear medium garnet colour

Clean nose of strawberry and black cherry.

The palate is dry, medium acid, low tannin, medium - body with more juicy red and black cherries and fine black pepper.

A very good quality wine. Still very bright for 7 years old and it could even get better.

Clean, medium nose of plum, red currant and sweet spices.

The palate has medium + acid, medium tannin and a medium - body and quite savoury.

A good qualit wine, but the palate was a little disappointing compared to the nose.

Clear, deep garnet colour.

Clean, medium+ nose of licorice, black cherry, and vanilla.

The palate dry, with medium+ acidity, high tannin and a meduim body with flavours of raspberry, black cherry and a leathery texture through with a medium+ finish.

My first Cndp and it seems to be good quality, but would benefit from more cellaring.

Clear, pale golden colour.

Clean medium nose with lemon juice, melon, peach and some slight oak notes.

The palate is dry, medium + bodied, fresh high acidity with more lovely citrus, a creamy texture and grapefruit towards the back palate and a long finish.

A very good quality wine. Probably going to get better too.

Clear, medium ruby colour, going garnet.

Clean, pronounced nose of raspberry candy, some sweet spice and cola.

The palate has medium body, medium + acid, medium tannin, with more raspberries and a like black fruit as well and a medium + finish.

Very good quality. Drinking perfectly now.
