Sounds like folks had a couple bad bottles out there...fortunately not mine.
Wow out of the gates. Rich bright fruit, clean, brambly. Moderate acidity

Bright and spicy cherry and raspberry. Nice acidity and little bits of tannin. Fruit is still pretty sappy, so maybe give it a couple years before the next bottle.

See prior notes. This and 2015 are the best 2 of the All Great Things. Tons of backbone and finish is lasting - 30 to 45 seconds. Dark fruits, hints of baking spice and cedar

Crimson in color. 13.9% ABV. Savory nose of red fruits, olive brine, blood and minerals. Medium body with medium acidity. Plush and silky on the palate. Flavors of cherry, strawberry, barbecued meats and garrigue. The finish is long and supple. Delicious Grenache in spite of the challenging vintage although it lacks the concentration and power of other recent bottlings. Best over the next 2-3 years.

16.2% abv. Dark ruby. Expressive aromas. His wine packs tremendous energy, depth and spicy pizazz. One of my favorite Zin vineyards, and the 12 delivers in spades.
