Darker than the older wine. Gorgeous nose with honey, acacia, nougat and some fresh mango. Rich but balanced. A savoriness to the palate and only slightly sweet. Love this. Wish I had bought more at the Domain a couple of years ago. |

That being said, for someone like me who likes their wines bone dry, it was a bit much for my personal preferences. However, the aromas and flavors were honestly so enjoyable that I did find myself sipping at it more than I would have for pretty much any other moelleux wine. The finish is incredibly long and delicious! |

Really bright citrus and lots of crushed minerals on the palate. The lengthy, slightly salty finish leaves you eagerly awaiting the next sip. This is really lovely in its current state but could easily be cellared for another 6 or 7 years (if not more). |
