Not really my style but well-made. There was one brief moment where I enjoyed this but it was fleeting.

This has developed amazingly well. Such intense notes of fruits and flowers both in nose and mouth. The body is substantial and the fruit is sweet yet the balance is there. Seems to be at a peak now. A fantastic bottle.

This has improved a lot since last time. Much better integrated and there is beautiful fruit, minerals and herbs. Medium long finish and a smile on the face.

Very soft and floral nose, white flowers, nougat and honey. Decanted for about two hours but it was still pretty closed and undelivered, probably in need of some serious cellartime. Oily mouthfeel with milkchocolate, toffee, nougat, white flowers and a hint of lemon. Good soft acidity. A relly enjoyable wine with evident potential, would love to have a few sitting in my cellar.

Will open next bottle in a year.

Klart bästa flaskan hittills, helt underbar faktiskt!

Strong, dark tannic but gentle. Very very nice. Anchored to its place of origin - no question that this wine is a vaucluse mountain wine

Volatile with cherries and plumbs. Not exciting at all.

Perhaps this wine is too young for my taste. It is tightly wound with stoney red fruit and red licorice. And it has a tannic backbone.

A nose of dark fruits and spices, dark purple in color. A medium to full bodied Rhone red blend, with blackberry, black cherry, minerals, licorice and spice on finish, a much better experience than a previous vintage. www.winelx.com

Dark color. Still very, very young and quite harsh in the tannin with a dark and amble fruit; while it is very good now in all it's rusticity and locale, one may doubt if this will ever come around as an elegant wine - fruit will fade before the tannin, I fear. Drink with food, a good steak, say. (with OT & S at Bistro Boheme).

Solid, integrated, but derivative of its style. Should drink well for at least three or more years.

This one's past its prime. Consistent w/ my previous impression, but the last few bottles have shown a bit of alcohol spike and oxidative notes that detracted more than positively complicated. Drink up if you still have these; glad this was my last bottle.

Ripe dark berries, blackberry. Very dense and compact fruit. Also charcuteries, dark chocolate and undergrowth, but it's the fruit that really runs the show on the nose. The fruit comes in a cool package on the palate and the tannins feels round and pretty integrated, can't find any hint of stem whatsoever which is quite fantastic considered Gimel makes this wine with hole bunches and all of the stems are kept, plus it's still young. The palate is in perfect balance, nothing out of place. Medium acidity and medium long aftertaste. Even better after a night in the fridge, very good.

First I've had of these; it's a nice wine. Dense crimson color. Aromas and flavors of black and dark red fruits, dried flowers, cedar, and garrigue. Balanced, but with power, and pretty good length. Better after an hour or so in the decanter.

On pop and pour, this was tight and off-putting. Need at least 90 minutes of air but may have been better at 3 hours. Red fruit with earth and some spice.

A little closed at first and in need of air to open up. On the palate really tight with red berries, liqourice and stoney minerals. Well-structured with drinkable but still rather rough tannins. This is a really interesting wine in a mineral-driven style well worth trying. Lacks a little fruit and wow-factor to be outstanding in my book.

Garnet. Black pepper and spice on the nose that does come through on the palate as well. Did need some air time to open up. Does have some Cornas like flavor profiles. Excellent QPR.
