The wine was allowed to breath for 30 minutes in the glasses, then followed for additional 90 minutes. Good potential but seems too young at present. This should be great in 3-4 years.
Good minerality, gentle citrus and white flower notes, some peach. Bubbles, lots of bubbles.

DWCC Grand Tasting with Jancis Robinson and Dr. Jose Vouillamoz (Montreux, Switzerland): Quite sharp aromatically. Grassy with some ash. Rather energetic, full, and powerful. Almost oily with a creamy mid-palate.

Lovely. Beautiful mix of ripe fruit, flowers (close to lily) and mineral notes.
Quite dense on the palate, but not excessive. It's ripe, but the saltiness, the minerality saves it from being cloying.
Long finish, with the fruit slowly fading and finding balance with the minerality - and leaving a beautiful sense of freshness.

Very pale straw yellow, clear.
Very floral, dry hay, wet rocks. A beautiful Chasselas nose.
Just viscous on the palate, low acidity, but not disturbing, not heavy at all, very mineral, saline. And lively. Long, refreshing finish.

Pale yellow. Restrained apple and white blossom aroma. Round and creamy, medium body with mild acidity. nicely textured and discreetly savory finish.

Popped and poured, then followed over two days.
Dark ruby, tending to garnet, Medium-deep, clear.
Slightly reductive, dark crunchy cherries with a balsamic touch, almost floral. Very nice. On the palate the acidity is there, but the fruit is quite ripe. On the mid-palate I get some graphite which evolves to a saline finish. Somewhat drying. Medium-light body. I liked the nose, but was not fully convinced by the palate, which got a bit tiring after the second glass.

Very light straw yellow, with some golden hues, clear.
Mineral nose, with some pear and on the first day a touch of anise. As it warms up in the glass a bit of hazelnuts comes out. Fresh and airy.
On the palate it has some roundness, but not much body, it's all minerality and salinity. On the finish some anise. It leaves the mouth clean and fresh.
Very fine chasselas.

An introduction to Swiss wines (Our place, Bern, Switzerland): Very light straw yellow, clear.
Very mineral nose, with dried flowers (dry garrigue), and on day two, and especially in the open air a note of banana!
Good intensity and body, with dominating saline notes, viscous and fresh at the same time. Long mineral finish with a very long and surprisingly refreshing aftertaste on anise notes.

Drunk as aperitif with friends, no TN, from memory.
Very elegant, ethereal, with a light, typical and refreshing salinity on the palate. I like this very much.

Typical Chasselas nose, fresh and mineral, but also with ripe fruit, peaches and even tropical fruits. The palate has a similar profile, with salinity dominating. The ripeness is clearly noticeable, but not detracting. Long finish, leaves the mouth very fresh and clean (I think because of the salinity).

In pristine condition and still young. I have the impression it could last many more years.
It's all minerality, with a bit of apple and a very light oxidative note on the nose. Lean and saline on the palate, but refreshing and long too. And in the aftertaste you get a wonderful freshness on the palate.
Amazing.

Plant Robez is a local variety of Gamay (I learned, and got curious about it).
Medium-deep ruby, almost purplish. Very youthful looking.
Blackberries and dark cherries on the nose - a slight smokiness - aromatic herbs. Fresh, lively, inviting. It has medium body and good freshness. Dark cherries, but in a controlled fashion, and framed in a good structure. Very long.
A wine with personality and very, very good.

Pale straw yellow, clear.
The nose has mineral and floral notes, with a balsamic touch. On the second day a hint of citrus.
Dry on the palate, is more rich than the Calamin Cuvee Vincent, more noble, perhaps. Finishes on salinity too, but less strong, and intertwined with a lemon note. Very long. Overall has a remarkable balance. It will be interesting to follow for a few years.

Very pale straw yellow, clear.
The nose is all mineral with intense floral notes. On the second day a hint of sweet white fruit emerges. On the palate it is bone dry, with lively acidity, marked by its minerality. It finishes on salinity, in fact quite strong. It is very long and leaves a fantastic freshness in the mouth.
