Not bad for $10, nothing juts out even though it lacks breadth and complexity and has a shortish finish, the grape gives a lot of character on its own, especially on the nose. Would consider a repurchase.

A bit Sauvignon Blanc-like.... Nose is pear, honey, herbal. Palate is citrus, herbal, minerality. Pretty high acidity for a Malvasia. A little flabby in mid-palate. Medium+ finish, with acidity, minerality, citrus and herbs lingering. The finish saves it from being pretty so-so.

medium body; citrus, pear, animal fur; good acid and length; might have guessed a chenin blanc from south africa; more interesting than fun to drink

Clear red. Very pleasant light fruitiness. Seems to not be structured to take on much bottle age, but certainly a very tasty weeknight bottle.

For the money ($11) it was great. Drank it with pizza. Decanted for 2 hours. A little spice mixed with dark currant (a/k/a cola). The wine is by no means dry and with my first sip I thought it might be too fruity and lacking body. That proved to be wrong. Nice wine.

I adore almost all Fruiliano, but for 11 dollars this one is an utter no-brainer. Refreshing and crisp, with a lovely nutty note to the nose. Buy in bulk, that's my advice.

Very pleasant: the magical climat of northeastern Italy. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot in equal measure. Medium body. Gorgeous ripe red fruits with traces of linseed, leather, all-spice, scorched earth, and the faintest whiff of barnyard. Rich texture. Soft tannins. Finishes long. 12.5% abv. QPR: $16.99. Would buy again.

Simple and certainly inoffensive, one could do a whole lot worse for $12 a liter. I don't think anyone's going to find this wine memorable but it isn't going to disgust anyone either. Not a lot of aroma here. Citrussy with a bit of bitterness on the short finish. Full marks for candor as the producer describes using enzymes during fermentation, and I don't know of anyone else who admits that. This satisfied an unfussy group that was focused on food and conversation; even at home on a weeknight, though, I look for a bit more substance than this offered.

Very nice pairing with spicy food. Stay away with anything fatty like cream based soups, pastas, etc. as this brings out a complete contrast and does neither the wine nor the food any justice.

nose - melon, flowers, papaya?
mouth - lighter bodied, floral, refreshing but a bit flabby on the midpalate, hints of muskiness.
Agree with Dapz, an abrupt finish.

Almost no nose, on the palate showing very faint green apple and some citrus notes. Decent structure with some crispness and no flabbiness to speak of. Reminds me of a house white I'd drink somewhere in Venezia. Nothing special here, but it's going to be nice to have this around when when I'm in the mood for a glass but don't want to open a bottle, or for cooking.

Deep golden core with a translucid rim. Lime, passion fruit, white flowers and white pepper on the nose. Medium body, high acid, lemon, lychee and passion fruit on the palate,it turns spicy on the mid palate. The alcohol is medium and the wine balanced except for the finish. It ends abruptly, very short length which caused me to lower my grade a bit, but the mid palate "spicy -lychee" flavor is quite interesting. For the price is very good.

Garnet, see-through, a little purplish. On the nose, smoky blueberry, celery, and spice - reminds me of a cross between a petite sirah and cab franc. On first pour it had a bit of funk but that went away pretty quickly. Light bodied on the palate, with juicy blueberry fruit and a touch of spice, developing into a slightly bitter midpalate, soft, velvety tannins and a relatively short finish. Not much acidity to speak of, but a hint of minerality on the finish.

I paid $5 for this - show me a $5 wine that is this easy to drink and I'll give you $10. :) Good fun, 13%abv, and so not like anything at this price point. Loving it!

Deep golden core moving to a translucid rim. On the nose: honeydew, citrus, white flowers and a hint of honey. Medium + acidity, Honeydew, and citrus on the palate, medium alcohol. The wine's flavors fade away on the mid palate. It finishes a bit short but nice otherwise.
