Popped and poured with tilapia. Aroma has a lot of minerals, with a hint of lime. Taste has the lime much more at the forefront to combine with minerals. This is an enjoyable wine as a regular type drinker.

A very easy drinking wine. Dry but not very; enough fruit to be interesting but light and perfect as a solo sipper. Enjoyed.

Zesty and chalky bouquet and palate. Drinks almost like liquefied chalk, and that rocks! Stalwart, gripping, with a serious bite, and a bit of funk. Well-crafted.

- Light gold color. It's balanced and has flavours of ethanol and grapefruit with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Not a wine I drink often, so have little to compare...similar to the sauvignon blancs I consume often, but a little smoother than most of those. Quite pleasant will try again, nicely dry with long finish and the acidity is well in line.

A very good wine to pair with light Italian wine. It has good balance and fuller body. More like a chard.

12.5% alcohol...nose is super expressive stone fruits, baking spices in the background, really expresses to me jump out of the glass minerality...on the palate medium-full, more zip than I would have expected in the higher cuvee from this producer, lees, tropical fruit, great acidity. I'd like to get a bottle or two to see what happens. Full yet drinkable. Served without food.

Clean and clear in glass, aromas of stone fruit. Palate opens with white peach, some cherry notes and a rich fruit flavors, well-balanced with just the right amount of acidity, and a medium finish. Delicious, and one of the best Gavi's we've had. 90+

Viscous mouthfeel with light fruit flavors of pear and kumquat, and a bit of stonieness in the finish. Very fresh and pleasant. A greenish / bitter hint keeps this from being an outstanding wine.

A superb Gavi - one of the best I've tasted.
Nose of peach and citrus. There is a good richness to this wine with lots of melon and peaches in a fresh creamy palate.

88. Tasted with squash risotto. Citrus nose, balance between lemon and lime, hint of mineral underneath. Bright in the mouth, with more citrus and a touch of melon in the body. Finishes medium length with more grassy notes. Works well with the creaminesss and slight sweetness of the risotto.
