Vraisemblablement macération carbonique, fruit un peu bonbon dominant, cerise et fraise. Sauvé par un équilibre apporté par une acidité moyenne et des tanins souples. Belle finale sur la noisette et le fruit, c'est friand...ise.

solid beaujolais. not quite village level, but solid. good nose of red fruit with hints of forest floor and barnyard. a good quaffer for summer with a chill on it.

Du beau Morgon. Robe claire et d'un beau ruby, nez net et pur de cerise et de pivoine et d'une belle longueur en bouche (environ 16 secondes). Pas le plus complexe, mais typiquement Morgon.

Un bon cru du Beaujolais, classique dans son genre. Robe claire, lames ruby, nez net sur un arôme de framboise bien mûre. La bouche suite avec cette belle note de framboise. Aucune acidité ou alcool excessif. Bon beaujolais tendre comme il se doit.

Bon beaujolais aux arômes de fraise et pâtisseries. Se reflète aussi en bouche avec une touche d'épices et une légère amertume en fin de bouche.

Pretty classic but somewhat simple Beaujolais. The nose shows cherry fruit, black currants and a Gamay gaminess. The palate is nice but a touch soft on tannins for Morgon, though certainly not lacking acidity. Best left alone for 3-5 years. Drink 2016-2019.

Granato chiaro. Al naso decise note di sottobosco, goudron, ma anche piccole bacche rosse, menta, incenso. Bocca sapida, gradevolissima, ben strutturata

High deliciousness factor involved here. Pale, maturing ruby, bright and lifted cherry, pinot noir-ish nose, vibrant and refreshing palate. Won't mature further, and I wouldn't expect it to, I just love the interest it's showing now.

According to the drinking window, this one was past its prime. I thought not - nice red fruit was still in evidence on the palate. This was an easy-drinking Beaujolais that had grown up a bit. Tasty and balanced.
