Unconvinced. Day 2, comes together. Grapefruit with a bite of nashi pear, tighter and and sweetness, has balanced. Nice and could benefit from some more time. |

Acidity almost gone, leaving a mellower, richer wine full of white stone fruits and minerality. Fine match for Cullen skink on Burns night. |

At first the taste seems missing but crescendos on the tongue with vanilla on the backside. I am tasting a drop of mango. Flavours are strong, ripe pears, topical fruit and peaches, with good tannic support and enough acidity. This is a full Sancerre, but it works really well. The richness is superb- juicy loveliness. |
