Surprisingly so. The freshness has dulled but the nuttiness, weight and complexity were very much alive and well. Surprisingly so. We are fortunate to have this wizard of Spanish wine, Scott Wasley, resident in Melbourne. This Manzanilla is his blend. A testament to his knowledge and skill. |

Might prefer Fino and Manzanilla over amontillado... this wine was not wrong in any sense and actually very tasty with its brown and nutty profile. Fine freshness also. Would be interesting to see how well this keeps in the fridge. Now drank over two days. |
