The fruit is very nicely done, very fresh tasting still but there is some body here as well, nice and round, concentrated. Drink white Rhone young or very old I think someone told me, and avoid the middle years. Fair enough. This could work as an aperitif but best with food I thought - red mullet in this instance. |
