Back to the cellar they go. Terrible wine, dumped half the bottle. Bitter, vinegar, sour. At least 1-2 more years.

Bright red, almost looks like a pinot noir. Nose is quite open considering how young the wine is. Medium body and finish with nice balance. Drinking very well but should continue to develop for the next few years.

on the nose, you get that hint of Cab Franc from Chinon but its a lot more riper, more fruit then veg or stems for that matter with a big ole dash of black pepper, on the palate tart cherries, complex and tasty, very fruit forward and good in that reguards

Conc: I wanted a wine tonight that was gonna be delicious and was hesitant to open this and yet it was delicious in all ways

Med+ Ruby in colour, Aroma of Red fruit and Fresh Wood. On the Palate we have some good fruit acid, tannins that feel like a nice twoxfour but in a way that isn't oaky. AKA Cab Franc ripness

Conc: Delicious wine, nice with steak so yummy

No formal notes
Med to med- body, med+ acid. Good red fruit, some cedar, but not green. Good quality cab franc. Fruit was there but not over the top, had with a barbera d'asti and much preferred this [my preference] where other wine guest like the barbera more

London Wine Fair - day three (London): Very vibrant and zingy red fruit - sharp fruit with bitter tannins - light on the palate - decent if a little standard.
