Very pale pink. Lovely, pretty nose of fresh strawberries and cream. Some light cherry hints as well. Fresh and zippy on the palate, with a crisp but round, almost apple-like note on the finish. Very drinkable and great value.

Solid, very drinkable rosé. Light bodied with a bit of tannin though not much. Very dry with a little effervescence when first opened. Not particularly fruity very drinkable now either as an aperitif or with food.

Petite Vins du Monde (Bodega Santa Cecilia - Madrid): Smell like canned peach with some pine needle. Horrible in mouth, metallic and an unbalanced bitter.

Olor a melocotón de lata con algo de aguja de pino. Horrible en boca, metálico y desequilibradamente amargo.

The wine is clear and bright with a pale salmon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and youthful, showing medium(+) intensity aromas of ripe strawberries, melon, ripe peaches and hints of generic white flowers. The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has low soft tannins and a medium alcohol. It has a medium(-) body and medium(+) intensity flavours of ripe strawberries, melon, ripe peaches and hints of generic white flowers. The finish is medium(+).

It is a very good quality wine. It has a nice fruit concentration, a very decent finish and a nice overall balance between all structural elements. However a better example of this style would be more complex. Drink now, not suitable for ageing, the fruit will fade and the wine will become sour.

Clear, pale salmon colour with a bit of petillance. Clean medium intensity developing nose with aromas of ripe raspberries, strawberries, ripe apricots, melon, orange blossom and hints of lavender. Dry, medium refreshing acidity, low juicy tannins, medium integrated alcohol, medium body and medium intensity aromas of ripe strawberries, ripe apricots and orange blossom. Medium finish. Very good quality wine with an incredible elegant and complex nose, a mixture of white and red wine notes, refreshing in the mouth and showing some structure. Drink now, in 2013, not intended for further ageing.

We weren't as wowed by this wine as other roses at Princeton Corkscrew. Would have rather paid a couple of bucks more, for a tastier wine
