Palate was creamy and complex with stone fruits, minerals and white flowers.Very fresh and slightly salty. Long finish and the stoniness lingered for pretty long after that. Superb wine from Australia. After tasting one this old, it seems a waste to drink it young like most do. Note to self: Keep all Art Series Chards for a at least 10 years. |

On the palate there were delicious notes of fruit and caramel with well balanced acidity, minerality and creamy long finish. This almost reminds me of a chassange Montrachet and may certainly hold its own beside one if it had just slightly longer stamina in the glass. But overall still drinking beautifully. |
