All'assaggio è equilibrato, fresco, immediato e più rotondo di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, privo di affondi acidi ma con interessanti sfumature saline. Pur essendo immediato e beverino ha una sua struttura e una bella ricchezza. Ha accompagnato senza cedimenti un'orrizzontale di tartare di manzo da 200 a 1000 gg di frollatura. |

Pomegranate and fresh red berries on the nose; zingy acidity and some barnyard funk with a tiny bit of fine grained tannin. This really straddles the line between rose and red wine. Long finish. Superbly balanced. Paired with spaghetti al tonno and arugula salad. Would definitely buy again. |

Medium bodied, dry, smooth, quite intriguing palate with notes of honey, melon, yellow fruit and some mineral with good acidity. It feels subdued and expressive at the same time if that makes any sense. Really different with character. Excellent stuff. |
