Colour is golden and reflects the age and quality of this wine. Loads of Secondary bottle characters of honeycomb and caramel on the nose also armond and a hint of spice. The palate is reflective of the nose with honeycomb and nougat, good acid line with a hint of citrus. While secondary characters are dominate and the wine is on the down hill run there is still life in this wine

I've decided not to give points to this wine, a kind of Sheakspearean drama, nearly too much of everything and consequently the balance was lost. Too ripe, slightly oxidized, a big body, quite dramatic. I'm not sure, but I think I still have a bottle to retaste.

Nice notes of peach and papaya on the nose, which isn't too expressive but not bad. Some nice round tropical fruit notes on the palate which unfortunately get overwhelmed by the overpowering acidity fairly quickly. Length is good, but really just full of acidity at the end.

Last bottle of this 2012 vintage.
Fruit has died quite allot since last bottle (bottle variation perhaps?), so rather thin, with allot of acidity.
I believe this bottle was slightly off?
No points for this.

Pale yellow color. Yellow raisins, corn soup, white nectarines, lemon curd, chalk , minerals & slight butteriness. Enjoyed with scallop and shrimp cakes and escarole salad with lemon vinegrette. Very enjoyable at a good price.

Purchased upon release and cellared in pristine fashion, this bottle shows no signs of oxidation and remains consistent with previous tastings. Medium gold in color and highly aromatic, it flaunts honeysuckle, crushed rocks, lime zest and perfumy floral notes on the nose. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, freshly acidic and seamlessly alcoholic (13.5%). The flavors mirror the nose, are layered and build in the middle. Long and crisp on the back end, this white Burgundy is holding up nicely. Well-cellared bottles should be fine for another 2-3 years. Drink now-2018.

PNP. Pale yellow colour. Flinty nose with hints of lemon and ripe peach; the palate showed decent intensity for a Bourgogne and the overall profile was distinctly Puligny. Good value **1/2

Outstanding. Wonderful rich fruit, some pineapple, a touch of vanilla and some wood. Really long and dense on the palate. One of the better Montrachets that I've had.

We are big fans of Olivier Leflaive having visited last year for a week. Great boutique hotel, fantabulous location, friendly people and ooolaaalaaa, the wine! This wine shows good minerality, subtle structure, a nutty nose and green apple flavour. Exceedingly pleasant.

A good value. Minerally. A bit tight. Refreshing, clean chard. Might still improve over next couple of years. Synthetic cork.

Still a very good, very drinkable Bourgogne Rouge, but fading a bit. Fruit fading, and the oak is now dominant in the flavor profile. Look for this wine in future ripe vintages and pop and pour. If you still have the 2010, drink up.

Bright lemon yellow. Discreet to medium intensive nose of citrus, ripe yellow fruit and fresh hazelnut, some butter notes. Medium bodied with some grip and tension, rather understated attack with round, ripe flavours, but then good intensity, developing excellent length with lingering mineral finish. Overall needed some time to develop, more open on day two, but quite good.

Pale straw in colour. Clean fresh citrus and lime bouquet. Palate is fresh, profoundly lemony with pronounced crisp acidity and a long clean aftertaste. Not much complexity at the moment but should age well.
