Even for a Saint-Amour, this is on the lighter side but the nose is perfumed enough and the palate offers a hint of sweetness on the tart berries that work really well. Good, easy to drink and better if served slightly cold. |

Medium body, medium acidity, fine tannins in the finish (softer than yesterday). Drinks now, but easily goes another 4-6 years, and likely more. Great value. 89 yesterday, 90 today. Will buy more and likely hold it a few years. Wines like this are why more and more of my daily drinkers are cru Beaujolais. |
