Started out slowly.light gold in color. No nose unless swirled and then mostly minerals. Initially minerals and steel on the palate. Over time, it evolved into a beautiful food wine. Pineapple, minerals, splce and more. Delicious, long, balanced and smooth with a hint sweetness. I really enjoyed this with the food. |

Oxidized, sherry like, similar to a Batic or Lopez de Heredia. Do get some vanillin and oak, but probably b/c of the temp. Nice nose, great deep yellow/amber color. This makes me want to explore more Jura wines. Delicious. |
