The palate is soft and medium-bodied, but the fruit hardly comes out after some aeration time. There are hints of black currant, raspberry, tarragon, and a hint of spice on the finish. Very delicate and subtly nuanced - one might say that this just has a little more finness than others, but the mid-palate was a little watered-down for me. Drink now. |

Finishes with a hint of spice and leather on this rather easy, unpretentious drinking experience. Nonetheless, a good effort, but makes me start to think if the 2007 is a fluke? Drink now until 2016.
