100% Pinot Meunier from a local clone that has no powdery leaves typical of the variety. A semi-sweet red vinified and aged in steel; the fermentation of halted by chilling and filtering the wine when it reaches 20 g/l RS.

Bright, translucent ruby color. A little muted and somewhat one-dimensional nose of reipe forest fruits and candied dark berries. Soft and rich palate with flavors of sweet strawberry, dark cherry and brooding dark fruit. Light in tannins and medium acidity; smooth and velvety mouthfeel with medium body. Rich, medium long finish with flavors of dark cherries, ripe wild strawberries, some blakcberry jam and a touch of ink. A little tannic grip gives nice edge to the otherwise smooth and quite sweet finish.

An interesting sample of local wine style, being a little sweeter than what we are accustomed to. An enjoyable sipper, where the residual sugar is not too pronounced, but nothing serious and definitely nothing of real interest. Probably pairs well with game bird, served with a dollop of jam or marmalade.

Macerated with the skins until the end of fermentation and MLF. Aged in steel for 6-8 months and in bottles for 6-12 months before release.

Deep, translucent, dark ruby color with lighter pink rims. Rich and expressive nose of dark forest fruits, cherry, plum, some licorice and a little strawberry jam. Clean, intense and full bodied in the mouth with juicy, ripe flavors of dark cherries, blackberries, some earthy spice, a little licorice and a touch of crushed peppercorns. The wine has velvety mouthfeel yet nice structure, thanks to the balanced acidity and moderate tannins. Quite long and rich finish with flavors of ripe forest fruits, sweet strawberry, some bitter spice and a touch of almond.

Very good, high-quality Lemberger with wonderful balance, structure and very pure and bright flavors completely devoid of any obfuscating oak. Enjoyable now, but will definitely get better with age; I'd let it sit for 2-3 years more in the cellar. Not a wine made for extensive aging, I'd say drink within 5-6 years from the vintage and pair with hearty dishes.

Macerated with the skins for 10 days, vinified and aged in steel.

Bright and clear raspberry color with colorless rims; looks more like a deep Tavel rosé than a red wine. A little reticent nose with aromas of sweet and ripe wild strawberry, some lingonberry tartness and a touch of almonds. Light and mid-bodied in the mouth with soft and juicy mouthfeel. Smooth, ripe and straightforward palate with flavors of sweet strawberry. Medium high acidity and low tannins. Soft, smooth and balanced mid-length finish with flavors of ripe strawberry, ripe raspberry and a touch of melon in the aftertaste.

A smooth and easy everyday red, but nothing of real interest - as Trollingers rarely are. Even though has some acidity, especially in relation to the light and un-concentrated palate, the wine seems somehow very soft and smooth, even too easy. This wine is nothing serious, but instead for those moments, when you just need a glass of simple red wine, nothing more. This is a well-made and perfectly enjoyable wine, but nothing you can get really excited over.

A blanc de noirs made from non-macerated Dornfelder, Pinot Noir and Trollinger; one third of each. Pinot Noir and Trollinger yield completely clear juice, deep-coloured Dornfelder gives the color. Vinified and aged in steel.

Pale, light pink color. A little reticent nose with aromas of sweet strawberry, raspberry, some candied fruits, a little vanilla and a touch of ripe red apple. Quite full bodied in the mouth with lovely freshness and bright acidity. Flavors of ripe citrus fruits, yellow apple, some wild strawberry and a touch of stony minerality. Bright, lively, mid-length finish with flavors of wild strawberries and red apples in the finish.

Thoroughly gulpable summer rosé from the lighter-colored end of the spectrum that could easily pass as a more full-bodied white, if served from a blind glass! Lovely on its own, but easily paired with a great diversity of different dishes. Recommended for the fans of Provence rosés looking for something different.

Very pale green color. Extremely youthful and primary nose with aromas of ripe apple, some fresh pear, a little spice and a touch of green herbal nuances. Light, dry and vibrant in the mouth with quite high acidity. Very primary and clean palate - even bordering completely uncharacterful - with the usual flavor suspects of yellow apple, ripe citrus fruits, stony minerality and a faint touch of smoke. Crisp and lively mid-length finish with flavors of citrus fruits, apple peel and some saline minerality.

An enjoyable but pretty pedestrian Riesling which lacks the structure, character and intensity of the best German Rieslings. An easy everyday white.

A dry Muscat, vinified and aged in steel. Bottled only less than 2 weeks before the tasting. Annual production of some 3,000 bottles.

Pale, limpid, slightly greenish color. A little muted and reticent, even closed nose with faint aromas of pear marmalade, florals, nutmeg and winegum sweets. Light, bright and refreshing in the mouth with a slightest touch of CO2 prickle. Aromatically surprisingly subdued for a Muscat, showcasing flavors of fresh pear, citrus fruits and faint florals. Practically bone dry, yet the flavors suggest definite sweetness. Quite long, dry and vibrant finish with flavors of citrus fruits, ripe green apples, some floral spice and a touch of pear.

An enjoyable basic level Muscat that is surprisingly mundane, but in a good sense - instead of being an exuberant flower bomb, like the majority of Muscats are. Nothing of real interest, but a thoroughly enjoyable everyday white wine best enjoyed with light dishes.

Made from the grapes of approx. 20-yo vines, vinified and aged in steel, bottled only less than 2 weeks before the tasting.

Tale green color. Ripe, vivid and primary nose with rich aromas of ripe pear and pineapple. Light, bright and crisp in the mouth, getting a little support from a slightest touch of CO2. Flavors of ripe apple, peach, pineapple and pear in the palate. Quite long, bright and refreshing finish with flavors of white peach, pineapple and citric acidity.

Very nice, balanced, pure and vibrant Pinot Blanc. Not the most serious one, but very enjoyable nevertheless; a wonderful buy at 7-8€.
