Tasted this wine at Bubbles & Wines Amsterdam: light orange rim, some leather and ceddar wood in the nose, still fruit, also on the palate. nice balance, soft tannins, long finish. WOW!

deep red with a brown/orange rim, some leather, fresh herbs and chocolat tones.
rich taste of Mure, velvety tannins, a bit herbal.

Nice balance, opened at its peak!

Tasted on an evening with 12 other great bottles as Dom Perignon 1990, Salon 1996, Duval Leroy Femme 1996 and others.
These Champagne is opened at his peak: What a great brioche, ripe fruit and almonds nose!!
The Champagne was alive as it should be, with also in the mouth lots of almonds and other nuts. This was definately for most people the wine of the evening!
We were glad the wine came out of an excellent cellar!
