Took a couple of hours out of the bottle to open up, but when it did it was delicious. Red fruit and a little gamie-ness. Creamy body and a mellowing finish.

Spice and cherries on the nose with a slight bitterness to it. Good acidity, medium bodied and quite big on the tannins. Good finish.

Very crisp, great acidity. Slightly off-dry which balanced perfectly with the spiciness of the chill that we served with this. Great example of a Mosel Kabinett.
