Such a unique experience to taste a perfectly stored SB at this age.
Poured by distributor this was really fun to think about.
Honeyed apples, funk and lemon oil city.

Funky nose. Really nice and unlike your typical SB. More nuance and depth as a whole.
Earth, clay, cheese and other under ripe elements compile into a wonderfully fresh and fragrant bottling.

Wow. Killer juice. A step above the already stunning Monfalletto.
Darker meaty iron, rusty, flowers, balsamic. Exotic spice is so prevalent.
Killer wine. So elegant and well made. Touches of modern elements combined with Old World fruit.

So insanely stinky. Literally attacks your senses the moment your nose enters the glass.
Dirty blue jeans, pungent dark raspberries and earth. Black olive, briney and salty.
Layered massive Cayuse funk. Super young and tight on the finish.

Guys Dinner (Wildfire Chicago): At Wildfire with the guys.
More saturated fruit - completely opaque and extremely dense.
Very weighty - the biggest of the line up that evening.
Sexy round and opulent nose. Completely fruit driven. Needs some time to settle in.
Lots going on - almost too much at this time.

Guys Dinner (Wildfire Chicago): What a treat. Thanks Chris, Johnny and Greg for an incredible evening of ridiculous wine.
All the hype and this bottle performed better than others my buds have sampled.
Asian spice, dark exotic cherries, some rich hoisen sauce. Iron ore coupled with purple and black flowers.
Dried violets and Indian curry also going on in the nose.
Long and rich finish but such elegance. A tour de force and absolutely can see how the 100 pt score may have been valid.
Absolutely recommended but not at $700 - sorry.

Absolutely stunning funky nose of yellow brioche, fresh cut flowers, minerals and some fragrant lemon zest.
The palate is stunning. Long finish with marmalade elements. So dry and laser like focus on the back end. Killer and still very young.
Highly recommended for a Champagne around $100.

Let breathe one hour. Fruit forward. Lots of spice. Also showing some considerable heat. Didn't love the finish. Bottle didnt show as well as others. Thus was tart and hot. Just okay.
