When I returned to bottle some hours later I was completely captivated by an incredible mouthfeel of interlaced viscosity and delicate froth that dissolved endlessly. There was an interplay between bright lemon and a salinity I have never tasted in champagne before. The finish was extremely long lived. Wow. Do you find this review helpful? Yes - No / Comment
